Title: Geographical distribution of names, 1881

Dear Forum:

If you haven't played with this search engine, it's pretty interesting.

Here is the distribution of MCLEA in Scotland, 1881:

http://www.spatial-literacy.org/UCLnames/Map.aspx?name=MCLEA&year=1881&altyear=1998&country=GB&type=name

Unfortunately, no data for 1998 to compare with.

There are no entries for MACLEA in either year.

LIVINGSTON has LOTS of data for 1881 and 1998:

http://www.spatial-literacy.org/UCLnames/Map.aspx?name=LIVINGSTON&year=1881&altyear=1998&country=GB&type=name

Also, LIVINGSTONE:

http://www.spatial-literacy.org/UCLnames/Map.aspx?name=LIVINGSTONE&year=1881&altyear=1998&country=GB&type=name

Thought you might be interested!  Clearly the Livingston/e name has spread far and wide, and the MCLEA/MACLEA name is nigh-unto-gone (myself excluded!)
